Splendid has been amazing with us. We had to postpone our wedding one year later due to Covid, but they are happy to promptly move to a new date a year later with no extra charges. Their photographer Angus is also super helpful and hardworking and very attentive to all of our requests. Sabrina the Production Team Lead was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and attentive to every one of our requests with quick responses. She explains thoroughly the technical sides of retouching and production and helped us to understand how to achieve the best outcomes for our photos. She also generously offered all extra features. They even made a beautiful slideshow with music for us even though we only sign up for photos. They also did beautiful engagement photos for our Save The Date card which we have so many compliments. We initially went with Splendid because they were familiar with our wedding venue and have done many weddings there before. I am so very thankful for the amazing work Splendid Photos and Video have done for our special day!!! Steve and I were wed on November 27 2020 in the middle of this pandemic, I had to search for suppliers during a time where lock down was on and it was hard to reach out to people . After my wedding coordinator recommended Splendid, I called them and Frank talked to me about the whole process via phone, we couldn't meet because of restrictions and safety. Their communication was fantastic! Any questions I had were answered via email or phone. Our wedding day arrived and they turned up to the motel . Frank, Brian and Edwardo did an amazing job capturing our magical moments throughout the day - they were very creative and left no details out. We got Darren as our photographer and he was very helpful! We didn't have any solid ideas on locations for photography prior to the reception and he picked a very good spot for us. We are very happy with the photos from the locations he chose as well as the photos from the reception. I am not a photogenic person, so for the photos to come out looking so good without any editing is pretty crazy. So many things went wrong on the day and during the reception, but photography wasn't one of them!
