3. User Accounts

5. For Vendors

As a vendor listing on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your listing
• Only display images and content you have rights to use
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from couples
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance
• Comply with all applicable Australian consumer protection laws
• Not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct
• Pay all applicable subscription fees on time

Subscription and Billing

Vendor listings require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Content Guidelines

Users must not post or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material not related to wedding services

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The National Wedding Directory and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
