I’ve always struggled with a bit of aphantasia and would get hyper-nervous before — and during — the first part of any presentation. Working with Tom has been genuinely transformational. He taught me practical, repeat-and-count techniques that immediately grounded my mind and helped me stay in control. Over time, I’ve gained real confidence, and now I feel empowered and ready to handle even the toughest questions in any situation.
