Had such a rude experience over the phone today. I called to ask if they had a suit in a particular colour I wanted and I asked them to look up the colour so they could see 8; they had something similar before I came in (it was an uncommon colour for a suit). I offered multiple suggestions such as providing a google link and asking if I can send a photo. The guy I spoke to was being extremely rude and talked to me with such attitude. He told me that he couldn’t help me and that I needed to come in (but in such a demeaning and rude way). I confronted him about his attitude and he completely dismissed me and became defensive. I continued to call some other places and none of them had any issues with my request and were all able to help me. Extremely poor customer service over the phone by an older gentleman who clearly is set in his ways and can’t adapt to the modern world.

Could not fault the service. Paid extra for fast shipping and parcel arrived next day. Spoke to customer service at 9 pm. Was surprised to receive response at that hour. Shirts were lovely and in perfect order. A business deserving of five stars.
