Amazing service at MJ Bale Alexandria. Maria was outstanding — so friendly and helpful. Another staff member (didn't catch her name) was also very kind. The whole team made the experience a pleasure.

Terrible customer service. When I entered the store I noticed that the 2 staff (Caucasian male and Asian lady) were busy but that’s okay but it’s how they spoke like they’re annoyed. I simply asked if they had any sales for matching pants and suit jacket and the answer was a sarcastic yes only to find that the specials only apply if you buy 3 items. Then I asked about the winter sales I found online and they said it doesn’t exist but after checking Facebook it’s still on. Very disappointing customer service, will never return again. These staff need better training - really felt crap after stepping out of the store.
