What started as one suit turned into two, plus custom shoes that they helped design to match both. The entire experience has been exciting, luxurious, and empowering. They’ve been incredibly accommodating and supportive with my weight loss goals. They’ve taken updated measurements, checked in regularly, and made me feel truly seen and celebrated. Their belief in what I’m doing has been incredibly motivating. If you’re even thinking about going with THDR, do it. You’re not just getting a suit. Great service up until the payment stage. When I needed alterations, they told me I would be reimbursed for them. The alterations in Melbourne were actually very good, but I never received the reimbursement, even after sending the receipts and contacting the staff several times. Unfortunately, the post-service experience was not the best.
