Неплохой отель, но точно не 5 звёзд. Были в Delux номере В целом номера уже подушатанные, тяжёло дышится. Либо спишь с открытым окном и без кондиционера, либо с запахом плесени. По приезде обнаружили, что горячей воды нет (не хватает набрать ванну), но персонал в целом оперативно починил. Завтрак довольно красивый и разнообразный, хотя и не сказать чтобы очень вкусный (просто так на завтрак бы никогда в такое место не вернулся). Персонал в целом очень старается. Видно что из-за всех сил пытается компенсировать минусы проживания. Ну и очень красивый вид из окна. Думаю только ради этого здесь и останавливаются.

Mi estancia en Jannata Resort Ubud fue simplemente espectacular. La comida es exquisita, cada plato mejor que el anterior, y el servicio es inmejorable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Rina, un encanto de persona que me organizó una cena romántica inolvidable, con flores decorando todo el camino. ¡Un sueño! El desayuno es delicioso y variado, ¡y el desayuno flotante es una experiencia que no te puedes perder! Además, cuentan con un coche que te lleva y trae al centro de Ubud sin costo, algo súper práctico. El spa es puro lujo, y tanto el almuerzo como la cena fueron fantásticos. Las vistas a la selva son impresionantes y tener piscina privada hace la experiencia aún más mágica. En resumen: Jannata es un paraíso. Volveré sin dudarlo. Mi marido ha acertado en lleno en reservar este resort para nuestra luna de miel! Ah también han ganado el premio de hotel de lujo de 2025! 🙌🙌 Enhorabuena os los merecéis! 🏆
