I have been, unfortunately, a frequent customer for years due to poor dentition. Dr Rosh did a great job years ago saving my smile by putting veneers on basically all my teeth not covered by a crown anyway. I travel from Far North up country to see her. Although we had stressful sessions due to my very sensitive tooth stumps under crowns and veneers she has always been very compassionate and understanding, much so so than I asked for. Fantastic attitude. It’s about the person, not the money. Thank you Dr Rosh

Our littlest attended the clinic for a lip/tongue tie procedure, the dentist & reception staff were the most lovely humans however sadly the lactation consultant on site is quite the opposite. My partner and I both left quite frustrated with the judgement received. Not only were we dummy shamed but told REPEATEDLY our child isn’t cows milk intolerant even through he received the diagnosed from a paediatrician & allergist & has had multiple admissions into hospital with. In addition to this she made the procedure feel rushed and like a money making opportunity for them rather then healthcare.

We’re truly pleased to hear that you felt supported by our dentist and reception team, but we’re very sorry to learn about your experience with one of our contracted lactation consultants. This is not the standard of care or compassion we aim to provide for any family. We never want any parent to feel judged or dismissed, especially regarding feeding choices or medically diagnosed conditions. Your concerns about the communication around dummy use, your child’s cow’s milk intolerance, and how the appointment felt are important to us, and we take them seriously. While lactation consultants are highly experienced in supporting feeding issues, it is not their job to discuss medical diagnoses. I will be speaking with all our contracted lactation consultants to ensure they exercise the utmost caution in these situations moving forward. Regarding dummy use, while we do provide guidance about potential dental impacts, our role is to inform and support, not to make any parent feel guilty or inadequate. We understand the many challenges that young families face and want to ensure every family feels respected and supported. Again, I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Doctor Rosh and her team are incredible. If you are considering veneers, do not wait any longer and book into see the team at Adelaide Cosmetic Dentistry. I have never felt more confident, after so many years of living with paranoia about my teeth. It is life changing being able to smile confidently and wish I had seen Dr Rosh years ago.

We had our son’s tongue and lip tie released with Dr Rosh - she took the time to explain the type of tie and the options available for our baby. We went ahead with the procedure (which took a matter of seconds!) and our baby came back into the room settled and ready for a feed. The release was a TOTAL game changer. His feeding improved immediately. He went from being a fussy baby, to a settled and contented baby. Would 100% recommend.
