Aleesha has built such a safe space & has so much knowledge on the services she offers: from tanning, LED therapy, Sauna & Lymphatic body rollers. Since doing the Lymphatic body rolling- majority of my back pain has been relieved. She offers a range of packages & is a great price point- I personally do the unlimited weekly package. Aleesha is also such a genuine person, super friendly & lovely to chat too. She’s created an environment where I can feel calm & refreshed. I honestly couldn’t think of a better place to get my self care done on a weekly basis. It’s an investment in your health!

First time getting a spray tan, the lady at the front desk was very helpful with the process and talked through everything. Spray booth was very informative and tan turned out great

I use the LED bed and lymphatic rollers and really love this combo. I had never seen the lymphatic roller machines before but once I tried them, I immediately loved it. They are warm and gentle, the machine has programs and shows you what areas to do. I found it surprisingly relaxing and always feel great after. Drink lots of water! I don’t usually do tans but the lovely owner Aleesha convinced me to try one and it was actually great! I didn’t need to get nude in front of anyone and the colour was perfect. It even faded nicely and didn’t leave weird patches. Definitely recommend this place!

My gfs and I booked in a sauna together, was great and perfect for something different to do. Aleesha the owner was so welcoming and made the effort to open even though it was her daughters birthday 🎂. Will be back!
