Great women's gym with classes and lots of equipment and sauna. Fun calm environment to workout and relax afterwards. Theres also a massage chair 😃

Really bad experience. My girl friend joined the gym and she tried to cancel the membership on the same day, but she is getting there routine messages like a harassment. It make her mind really frustrated and we tried to contact them couple of times . Because we cancelled before the cooling off period. No one over there explained to her to do cancellation in written policy. We complained to fair trading for a refund. please do not go there

I would like to clarify that I did not attend any of the Fernwood sessions. I joined the club in the afternoon and decided to cancel my membership within approximately two hours on the same day . At the time of cancellation, the staff were understanding of my decision, and no mention was made regarding any cancellation fee or associated charges. I was not informed of any such policy, either during sign-up or at the point of cancellation. This unexpected fee has come as quite a surprise, and I find it frustrating to be held liable for a charge I was not made aware of. This is really unfair for me.. finally i paid just to avoid the non stop message from their team. Same day joined and after 2 hours i went back walk in and cancelled the membership. They did not say i have to pay this cancellation fee at that time . Why this harrassment later? I am mentally drained out by their messages and finally they transferred to e collect. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Fernwood Woonona offers a good range of services including Reformer Pilates, yoga, and Weight training gym access. The gym is supportive for beginners, with approachable staff and a non-intimidating environment. Management is professional and helpful. Memberships are flexible and can be tailored to suit individual needs. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend talking to Talyse and trying Sal for your intro PT Sessions.
