I'm 76yrs Old and I've been using nutrimetics e er since I was 18yrs. I had a motor bike accident and had to have a few plastic surgery on my face. I was suggested to us nutrimetics moisturiser to help with the scaring. I haven't stopped using Nutrimetics since. Very happy customer. 😊

What part of "no junk mail" was ambiguous? Your sellers are ignoring obvious signs and leaving me their junk.

I had the worst experience. I was ordering online for the first time, with a sales consultant talking to me on the phone. After I had put in all my credit card details and hit "pay now' the order completely disappeared. The sales consultant had no idea what happened, couldn't tell me if the charge had gone through or not. I rang the head office, and the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. She told me that the credit card details I had entered had gone to a third party, but she wouldn't tell me who they were. She wouldn't tell me who my personal data name, address, phone number, bank details) had been sent to. She wouldn't tell me if my credit card had been charged. When I finally figured out where my order was, and established I had not yet be charged and put the order through, she couldn't answer simple questions about how the delivery worked other than "its through a courier", and that I would have to ring them. When I asked for the of name of the courier and their contact details, she didn't know! Hysterical! She just kept saying over and over again "we've been in business for 50 years" - what does that matter, when your staff *now* are rude and incompetent? If the head office doesn't know the courier they use or who they send customer bank details to, my goodness me, would you trust their products?

Nutrimetics customer service never even bothered calling me back. Left 2 messages after waiting for 20 minutes the recording said the first available customer service representative will call you back so you don’t lose your place in the queue! Lucky I didn’t wait it’s been about 2 weeks now and no response. Still no phone call returned! Also their website not easy and had trouble with online order (hence the need for the phone call ). I also noticed their products don’t have reviews (you can leave them but none published) they could do better. I feel for the consultants working hard to build a business when the company falls short and let’s you down. Just incase nutrimetics see my review my screen shot of my online order problem has been added - kept clearing out my address and wouldn’t let me progress with order after several attempts I gave up. It’s not good they don’t reply to reviews either and would expect them to have more reviews , even from their consultants and happy customers.
