My small business venture was born during the Pandemic when I was working in travel, and the world closed it’s doors. Very quickly ending my career. The universe was always telling me the path I was destined to follow, but I just refused to listen. My first ever job at 15 was in a bakery and I always excelled in Hospitality at school. After taking some time deciding what I wanted to do with my life, I applied for my business license, enrolled in a Patisserie course and my new journey began.
