Tonitto Cakes

I go in a minute or so after another guy. The barista makes his coffee, rather slowly, but whatever, and finally turns around and asks him whether he wants anything else. He asks for a pie. I'm the only other person in the store, and am therefore VERY visible to the barista. There is NO WAY she didn't see me there. By this time she's spent about 10 minutes serving the first guy. That's fine, there's no problem with waiting your turn. Then another girl suddenly pops out from around the back and takes my order, just as another woman enters the store. The barista takes the other woman's order, which she then proceeds to make ahead of mine. So, I'm now behind TWO people, one of which arrived 10 minutes after I got there. Ignoring someone who has been there for 10 minutes, hey, that's not disrespectful at all. Much. The coffee itself was mediocre despite the time taken to make it. The taste was fairly bland, and the milk didn't seem to be frothed particularly well. The apple strudel was good. Actually it was very good. The atmosphere was a few seats out on picturesque Wentworth Street. It's not exactly the Blue Mile in terms of view or atmosphere, but it is what it is. There were no bins that I could see either inside the store or outside to get rid of the coffee cups and wrappings, though there are a couple of them up the street at the next intersection. I may have missed seeing any in the store, but it's not like I lacked the time to look around as I was waiting for an extended period. The strudel isn't enough to bring me back given the "quality" of the coffee and the "standard" of the service. There are enough alternatives in the area these days, and I think I'll give this one a miss in the future.

Amazing continental cake. I've searched for years in Melbourne and Sydney for a continental cake that tasted like the ones my Nonna used to buy back in the day. Finally, my search is over. Amazing work.

I ordered a white chocolate & raspberry mousse cake . It was an absolutely devine cake . Perfectly presented. Light fluffy super fresh ,just melted in your mouth . Even the " non cake" eaters enjoyed some & more 😋 Ordered on line hassel free . Thankyou T cakes .
