Today I said yes to the dress !!! I had the most amazing experience with Maddy at English Rose Bridal. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help me find my dream dress. She listened so carefully to what I liked, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Maddy has such a calming, friendly energy — nothing was rushed, nothing was too hard, and she made the whole appointment feel special. Her eye for detail is incredible, and she really understands how to bring your vision to life. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly loves what she does, I can’t recommend Maddy enough. I was paired with Maddy for my initial appointment, and she immediately understood what I was looking for. I tried on a few different dresses before she pulled out ‘Grace’, telling me that she has something she thinks I’ll really like. It was love at first sight. The entire team was amazing to work with from start to finish, with Jacqui going above and beyond to help me get the best value and even letting me know about upcoming sales! Margaret and the team from The Bridal Fitting Room next door handled my alterations and created my custom bow, which ended up being the highlight of my whole look. I really appreciated how both teams focus on giving brides an exceptional experience rather than pushing for a sale. I truly can’t recommend English Rose Bridal and The Bridal Fitting Room enough ❤️

The ladies at English rose are AMAZING. If there was a better word I would use it. I was so worried as a bigger girl that I was not going to find somewhere to accomodate my size and was nervous I would feel insecure about fittings. These ladies made it an absolute breeze. The environment was fantastic, I didn’t feel nervous or uncomfortable at all. I even tried on a few dresses twice because I wasn’t sure and there was no hesitation from them. I ended choosing a dress that one of the ladies had bought over for me. Truly shows their experience and passion, I didn’t even have this dress picked and it was the one I said yes to. If I ever need a bridesmaid dress or anything of the sort in the future, I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thankyou!! ❤️

I purchased my wedding dress from this store back in January. From the very beginning the entire team of ladies were amazing. Incredibly kind whilst being honest. There is a huge range of gowns to suit almost ever budget (I say almost as I don’t actually know what they’re cheapest gown costs). I had the best day shopping & trying on gowns. I cannot recommend enough!!
