Beautiful Dresses, But the Experience Missed the Mark We visited Zolotas Bridal in Subiaco yesterday and were really looking forward to the appointment. The dresses were absolutely beautiful, and the boutique itself has a lovely atmosphere. However, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. It felt like the consultant had a particular vision in mind and didn’t really take the time to listen to what we (the brides, along with family) were looking for. The styles we suggested weren’t really considered, and the appointment felt more guided by what the consultant preferred rather than what suited us. While the gowns were stunning, the overall experience felt a little impersonal and not as enjoyable as we’d hoped for such a special occasion.
