Kay really listened to what I wanted, and was more than happy to tweak my hair and makeup throughout the process to ensure I was completely happy with it. What really stood out to me was how they did not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach to H&MU for my bridal party and me, but rather really customised the look to suit everyones personal skin and hair type and features.
