We were clear with them that we didn't want traditional looking pictures or an in-your-face video. And they delivered on every point. Professional; great communication; my guests loved interacting with them as they made my guest feel relaxed and had a sense of fun about them . The photographer Joe and Videographer Jeff were incredible. Super easy going, make us feel so comfortable and gave us enough direction to get the shots they wanted without it being staged. And we loved their style! We were worried about the weather the day before and Cheng reassured us with his experience. On the day, the weather was mostly fine, and Cheng caught the moments professionally and took us to several locations with smooth transitions.
