Very friendly and approachable. They go out of their way to make you feel at ease in front of the camera. The prices are a little on the expensive side but not sure how they compare to other photography studios in terms of pricing but they do quite a good job.

I would have preferred to have had an option to purchase all photos (Un edited if need be) on a disc. This should always be an option and it's disappointing to know we had some magical photos but because we haven't go the money and don't want to get ourselves into debt with a payment plan or pay off scheme we aren't able to ever see the photos again. If they changed this I'd go back but will take our buisness elsewhere until then.
