Shame on you.

0/10 don't recommend waste of money and time. Poor communication across the board with doctors and admin staff - manager is extremely rude and has a holier than thou attitude. Wasted thousands on treatment as a surrogate only for them to turn around and say no despite multiple Drs assuring that pregnancy was safe. Basically unless you have nothing wrong with you and you're young with millions to blow do not both with this company

The only positive part of my experience were the caring nurses in the recovery room post procedure. Overall poor and inconsistent communications across nursing, billing, admin, FS and scientists - nothing is co-ordinated. I had an unsuccessful embryo transfer and a failed egg fertilisation with this clinic. Fast at issuing invoices - I felt like just another number. Avoid.

We had multiple unsuccessful IVF rounds with City Fertility. We conceived two months later naturally. I contacted City Fertility annually in relation to paying storage fees for our embryo. I was told there was no fee and that I would not be issued with a backdated fee. Four years later they asked for my bank details to debit storage fees from my bank. I am not comfortable with this method of payment. I called several times offering to do a bank transfer for the entire year in advance. They communicated that this was not possible and there was no further correspondence from them. Today I received a letter of demand from a debt collector. I won't be paying or communicating with a debt collector. 2.5 years ago when contacted for the payment, I explained that we would not be using the embryo. I offered to donate the embryo and they sent me forms that I spent hours completing. They also stopped corresponding here.

I have a credit with City Fertility and they said that they would pay back in 14 days. It's been 4 weeks now and nothing was paid back, they don't have the decency of replying my email. It's outrageous how this company treat the patients, and that's one of the multiple reasons why I changed Fertility Specialist because there's no respect for people, all they want is your money.
