My daughter had bought what she thought would be her dream wedding dress but that was not the case , the dress was literally falling apart on her wedding day (2nd may 2025) a refund of the cost of labour will never compensate my girls disappointment , memories of her wedding day has now been ruined because of this , and no we cannot get her photographer to photoshop her dress as suggested by bridal couturier . Anyone thinking of using this “dressmaker” steer clear if you do not want botched job . *edit* As I am unable to reply you your comment I just want to say that we were putting this behind us until you posted that sob story on you Facebook and what I picked up on is that you were more worried that you had lost your 5 star rating and you keep mentioning the word mistake , these were not mistakes made to my daughters dress these were things that you did not complete on the dress , the morning of the wedding while I was helping my daughter put the dress on the first thing I noticed was the 3 layers of material all unsewn so you were bound to have noticed this the day she went to have her last try on and collection , you knew there was boning meant to be fitted and did not do this . We were told the lace would be sewn on with no mention of glue . This was shoddy workmanship Kayleigh not mistakes .
