Very easy to get in touch with them (even in after hours emergency situations) which is very much appreciated from a small business owner. The steamers themselves are fantastic. Very durable and value for money given the long life span they have. I would never buy another brand steamer given my positive user experience with a Pro Press steamer over the last 20 years.

Love my steamer and the ease of use. Is excellent for your delicate fabrics. Linen does need more steaming but still much better results than ironing. Is very easy to use. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
