McLaren Vale Distillery

My wife and I visited on Saturday and loved it. We mucked them around a bit with changing times of our booking but they were super accomodating. For me, I’m not an experienced Whiskey taster, in fact incredibly novice but the lady serving us was more than happy to provide me an education. The place itself is beautiful with lovely views. Highly recommend and would go back

I had a great experience over the weekend getting to learn more about the Australian Whisky industry, and Nicky whom served me and informed me about all the ins and outs of MVD was amazing. We had a great time chatting for a few hours and my view and understanding of this spirit is far greater as I previously was not a big fan of whisky. The service by the staff was on point, and the location and venue is beautiful. Definitely worth the visit if in the area. I will be back again when possible! Excellent whiskies and very kind and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed a conversation with the person serving while learning more about the whisky. Favourites were the Penny's Hill whisky and the Maxwell whisky
