Stamford Plaza are underpaying all there staff so why expect good service . They make there room cleaners work up 10 hour shifts only paying them for 3 to 4 hours.

Great configuration, all rooms are facing spectacular riverside. Rooms are old-fashioned but kept in good order. Room service is average, did not clean rubbish bin on one of the three nights I stayed there. Terrible in terms of car park - it is in basement, but only stairs access to lobby from the outside, probably worth stopping at the ground floor, offload the luggage then proceed to car park.

Only problem I had was poor lightning in the bathroom when putting on make-up.
