Pity you dont get a parking space guaranteed with your room first in firs serve doesn't cut it. Outher wise good.

It claims to be 5 star but it’s definitely not - my room had a microwave which was weird, but it didn’t have any facilities for me to get dry cleaning or laundry done. The guy who works the bar/cafe is amazing - what a legend - but the rest of the hotel is a bit lack lustre. I’d say “it was OK”..

Air-conditioning in room is locked on temperature and set to heat and 23. Door to balcony is locked and without key. Had 1 day without hot water. Weirdo restaurant manager made me hang up my call before letting me order a coffee as "he doesn't do phones". Coffee in restaurant was luke warm. The vibe in the area is a little dead. When I get home I will blacklist this in our corporate trave system. Room itself was ok, a little tired, mattress was old.
