It far exceeded our expectations in every aspect where as a groom i had to be reminded everything is taken care of and it was! Liliana went far beyond what we expected. The genuine care that was put in and attention was incredible. There's a large upstairs wedding suite that overlooks the grounds with a private bathroom to take a moment and rest with a drink. Seriously great area to have the wedding party drop off their things and take a moment. Then comes the reception where Alex took such good care of us. words honestly can't describe the level of detail everyone put into it. Alex made it very clear; anything we need, he's there and he was. Our guests have made comments how the entire staff were so great and felt so welcomed and looked after. It's very clear how passionate the team are at delivering a memorable time. What does everyone remember from a wedding? the FOOD. it was beyond amazing. we have big eaters, picky eaters and those with strict dietary requirements and everyone was satisfied. make sure you get the gelato cart!!! We had a millefoglie cake from a supplier made during the guest entry. When asked if that's something they can accomodate it was no problem and Liliana & team made it work. testimate to the amazing service. Melbourne being Melbourne we were fortunate the weather was held up however if it didn't, the terrace has amazing views and enough heaters to warm a small city. We didn't get a chance to play Bocce but they have that too! From the moment we met Suzie, we felt at ease and were very confident in having chosen the right venue and having her by our side. Fast forward to now with the wedding all done and dusted, the venue was fantastic but without her it wouldn’t have been the same. Looking back on our day, she was there with us with a high level of professionalism that only comes with experience and both Suzie and Liliana executed everything perfectly. We also loved Mari and appreciated her really looking after us during the evening. The food was absolutely delicious and the table service provided throughout the night was fantastic.
