Amazing food and a perfect location. All ruined by very substandard service. The table was dirty and the waitress only cleaned a small section. The staff member who took our order recorded the wrong table number (the table next door) and the waitress who brought the food out asked just about everyone if it was theirs except us. We eventually got it 15 minutes later. We will return as everything apart from that was fantastic, but the service really needs to be improved.

Arrived at 3:30 after seeing they close at 5pm. Spoke to a Staff member asking if there is a playground they said unfortunately no, so we all sat down anyway arranged what to order then was told that the kitchen closes at 3pm. Wasted our time and could have just been told as we entered

Our kitchen closes at 3pm daily while the venue remains open until 5pm, and we do have this displayed on our Google hours, website and social media, but we know it can still be disappointing if it’s missed. Our team should have mentioned this as you entered, and we’ll be reminding staff to communicate kitchen hours more proactively, especially in the afternoons. One of the most pleasant dinning experiences my wife and I have had. Friendly helpful staff. Prompt service and hardly a wait time for meal. Good organisation and nice decor. Lobster is their specialty.

Dec 5, 2025Very disappointed. We drove through a very long way from Kalbarri, which is 4 hrs or something. The online info says it closed at 17:00, while we arrived at about 15:50. When we rushed to order the food, they said the kitchen was closed. They said the kitchen closed at 16:00, but we ordered the food at 15:55. Anyway, thanks for nothing. They introduced us to have some ice cream. We left of course.
