We had a wonderful experience at Mardella Meadows for our wedding reception. From start to finish, everything was seamless and so thoughtfully managed. A special shout-out to Lisa from Jem, our coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely accommodating with every request. She even handled a few unexpected hiccups with external vendors on the night — all so discreetly too. Thanks to her, everything still ran perfectly. Adam and Laura were also fantastic throughout the whole planning process. Every question we had was answered so promptly. The staff on the night were excellent, attentive, and professional. The venue itself is stunning — beautifully maintained and pristine. We also loved how many inclusions came with the booking, especially the variety of furniture options, which made planning so much easier for us. We’re so grateful to the entire team at Mardella Meadows for helping create the wedding reception of our dreams. Highly recommend!

My 1st tip to planning a dream wedding? Booking it at Mardella Meadows. From the second we drove down the drive way we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. From the beautiful greengrass to the rolling paddocks filled with cows and horses, the venue is immaculately presented. We were blessed with a beautiful 28 degree day, meaning we were able to have our whole wedding outside in the beautiful garden. With planning already completed via email and phone calls with Jem Wedding Planners and also the Mardella and the team, the day ran seamlessly and stressfree. If you are looking to book a wedding and have a team that's able to help, without anything being to hard, with the most amazing setting and facilities I would highly recommend Mardella.

From our very first visit, we knew this place was something special — but they still managed to exceed every single expectation. From the moment Adam greeted us at our initial walkthrough, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. In the months leading up to the big day, Laura was an absolute standout — answering every question with patience, clarity, and warmth. We chose not to have a wedding stylist or coordinator (a decision we questioned more than once!), but Laura was an absolute angel, soothing my nerves and guiding us with such calm reassurance. She made the entire planning process feel effortless and gave us unwavering confidence that everything would be perfect. When we arrived on the Thursday before the wedding, we walked in to find Adam and his team setting up furniture for our event — thoughtfully laying out every detail to match our plans exactly. Seeing the care and intention they poured into bringing our vision to life was incredibly reassuring. We also stayed in the onsite accommodation the night before and the night of the wedding. The purpose-built cottage is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, private, and thoughtfully tucked away from the main event space while still being less than 10 metres from the venue. It offered the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, making our wedding morning calm, relaxed, and truly special. On the night itself, Laura and Elle absolutely rocked the bar and kept everything running smoothly with smiles, energy, and professionalism. It honestly felt like they were celebrating right alongside us. The property itself is breathtaking — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Our guests were blown away, and we’ve had so many compliments about how stunning and seamless everything felt. We walked away from our wedding feeling like Mardella Meadows didn’t just host our event — they held it, cared for it, and elevated it. They became a meaningful part of our story, and we are so grateful to have found them. We absolutely loved our wedding venue! It ended up being the cheapest venue we found, but honestly also the nicest by far. It has such a charming country style, with beautifully manicured lawns and gardens that made the perfect backdrop for our day. Adam and Laura were incredible in the lead-up to the wedding, always quick to reply to emails and super helpful with every little question we had. The venue staff during the day/night were amazing, super friendly, accommodating, and really made everything feel easy and stress-free. The on-site accommodation was superb too, with really comfortable beds. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!
