We had rain which meant a last-minute change away from ceremony new the lake to under the colonnade - but it worked out perfectly and wouldn't change a thing, made the ceremony feel incredibly intimate. The setting, the food, the staff on the night were all incredible - it's the kind of venue you need to do next to nothing to decor-wise to make it stunning. Stevi-Lee the coordinator was fantastic, super organised and the lead up and night ran seamlessly. She arranged for us to have a few moments on our own pre-upstairs reception in the front of the fire with some food, such a special moment and a much-needed break in the midst of everything. Choosing Millbrook was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. From the moment we walked in for our first consultation, we knew we were in the right place. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and their service was exceptional. Our wedding specialists, Charlotte and Stevi-Lee, were prompt, warm, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. They offered thoughtful advice and made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire process. The venue itself is stunning — surrounded by beautiful nature, charming brickwork, and a serene lake. The wait staff were fantastic; my husband and I never went without a drink in hand. The kitchen team were phenomenal, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still raving about it. From the very first viewing through to the planning process and even after the big day, the venue coordinator and staff are wonderfully supportive and attentive. Stevi-Lee and Charlotte were the deciding factor for my husband and me when choosing Millbrook. Stevi-Lee and I just \*clicked\* from the start—she was open, transparent, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, which makes such a difference if you’re a naturally stressed-out bride! Yes, Millbrook is a little more remote than some wineries in the Perth Hills or Swan Valley, but that’s part of its charm.
