For clarity, our venue, like many others has a long-standing policy that no food or drinks are to be brought in, along with the requirement to provide a valid form of identification to access a registered club. This information is communicated to all event organisers so they can share it with their attendees. I can assure you that you were not singled out, as I personally observed a number of guests being advised of this policy. We take your allegation of racism very seriously and want to assure you that inclusivity is central to our values. In fact, the majority of our membership base is of Asian descent, and we are proud to serve a diverse community with strong relationships built over time. Regarding your claim of being yelled at by a security guard, we treat such concerns with the utmost importance. Please contact me directly with the approximate time and location of the incident so we can investigate thoroughly. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to resolve this matter promptly.
