We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Apollo. From start to finish Vanessa was amazing! The whole process was made so easy by the team at the Apollo. From booking (loved have the prices available on the website!), fast communication, food tastings, run sheets, setting up the day before/morning of, getting ready the day of (beautiful lighting comes through the curtains of the rooms), step by step through out the day/ night; Vanessa took all the stress away. We had 85 guests at our wedding and the space was perfect. The back drop of the bush was just what we wanted for pictures as well. We also ducked just around the corner to Glenrock for more beautiful photos.

We cannot imagine having our Wedding Dinner anywhere else. From the moment we met Vanessa nothing was stressful, she had everything sorted. The entire process was simply amazing and Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure it worked smoothly. The food was next level, the food tasting was exactly the same at the dinner. I would highly recommend the Apollo for your wedding or function, it is just the best and with that comes Vanessa and her amazing team. Thankyou so much for making our dreams come true.

We had our wedding at the Apollo on 12 September 2025, Vanessa made the whole process leading up to and on the day so easy and stress free. She was a delight to deal with along with the rest of the team there! Family and friends have continued to tell us how much fun they had, how nice the food was and how lovely the service from the team was. We can’t thank Vanessa enough for all she did to help make our day so special. A big thank you to Vanessa and the team at the Apollo for everything!

We recently had both our ceremony and reception at Apollo Weddings, and the entire day was nothing short of perfect. Everything ran so smoothly without a single hiccup, which really speaks to how well the team manages every detail. From our very first meeting with Vanessa, we knew we were in the best hands. She went above and beyond all expectations — her organisation, warmth, and genuine care made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, she was there right until the very end, making sure everything flowed seamlessly so that we could just relax and take it all in. We recently had our wedding and reception at the Apollo. The whole process organising and leading up to the day was an absolute breeze! Vanessa is very accommodating and understanding of all requests you may have for the day and very easy to contact and talk to. The food was exceptional and being able to taste dishes free of charge before you chose what to have on the menu made it a lot easier to choose. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and the staff that made our day so special. Highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly and a perfect day! 😄
