In Jan 23, I used my Rewards Points to book friends from Scotland overnight. They loved their stay, so much so, that they booked themselves for 3 nights, on this visit! We decided to stay with them for a couple of nights this time, making it a relaxing visit. We really appreciated finding we'd been given a room upgrade, on arrival - a lovely surprise! Our dining in The Barracks Bar was very pleasant, but we were disappointed not to try out The Harvest Restaurant on the Thursday night, as promoted. Breakfasts in The Gazebo Restaurant were fine, but we found them a bit wanting, compared to other IHG Hotels we've stayed at in the past. Admittedly, I am going back 11 years, so I guess times are a lot tougher! We were disappointed that only scrambled eggs were offered, which tend to toughen on standing, and we were only offered one coffee on arrival. All in all, we had a great stay, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley Way to others.

It’s beautiful relaxing place to enjoy the natural environment 🩷 away from busy city area. Our 3 nights stay was great service was great and staff are very friendly. Will definitely come for more visits👍🩷

There is a lovely golf course right next door, they have a gym, a small- ish swimming pool and a spa and steam room, their restaurant is to die for. You can go for a boat ride on the Hawkesbury River, you can explore the markets at Windsor on the weekend (Hands On Chocolate - better than Coco's Kirribilli!), you can go to Richmond Township and wander the shops or just drive around the turf farms along the river. That's the cheapest entertainment at least! Will take you at least a few weekends to get through that! When we asked at the front desk they had no idea!! Maybe we got the wrong girl?!

It is because you were around the end of the mid seasons and prices start going up for the Xmas holidays and school. Try other motels in the area.
