Intimate Lunch Weddings in our Reef Room have a maximum capacity of 40 guests seated or 45 cocktail style. This is in addition to the hour allowed for your onsite wedding ceremony. All receptions must conclude by 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, 11:00pm Sundays and 10:00pm Mondays - Thursdays. Beverage service ceases 20 minutes prior to your reception conclusion. Our Intimate Lunch Wedding package includes a 4-Hour lunch reception duration. Intimate Lunch Weddings conclude at 3:00pm in Daylight Savings, or 2:00pm outside of Daylight Savings. Unfortunately due to the popularity of Long Reef Golf Club, we do not hold temporary bookings and your wedding booking is not complete until you receive confirmation from Long Reef Golf Club. [PAYMENT AND FINAL NUMBERS](https://www.easyweddings.com.au/WeddingVenues/Sydney/LongReefGolfClub/#ewfaq_4) For all weddings in the Pacific Room, a $5,000 Deposit is payable 6 months prior to your wedding date and will be applied as pre-payment to your final invoice. After this date, small increases in guests may be accepted but not decreases. Final accounts are to be paid 7 days prior to the function date. Payments can be made by cash, credit card (Amex is not accepted), EFTPOS or Electronic Funds Transfer (bank transfer). Please note a 1% surchage applies when paying by credit card.  For beverage tabs a bar account will be made up at the end of the reception and must be paid for in full at the conclsuions of your event. Minimum spends exclude any ceremony fees and optional extras. For Intimate Lunch Weddings a minimum of 25 adult guests is required, and there is no additional minimum spend. We looked at about 5 other venues before settling on LRGC. They made the process easy, they had complimentary events such as a wedding tasting experience and each staff member we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The wedding day itself turned out to be perfect, both with how the reception went and the extraordinary photos captured on the golf course and overlooking the ocean. Also, a majority our guests were not from the Northern Beaches, and had high praise seeing this venue for the first time. A few major shoutouts: to Holly for introducing us to LRGC, to Lucy for coordinating an amazing night, and a special shout-out to Melanie for guiding us through the whole process.
