The Branksome Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained throughout my visit. A special mention to the housekeeping team—they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect every day. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Branksome Hotel & Residences recently, in Nov 2025. The studio room that we were in is fully equipped with appliances that provide the comforts of home! We could also exercise in the heated pool, gym and relax in the sauna. It is conveniently located near the Sydney airport and there is a shuttle bus that travels between airport and Branksome on a regular basis. It is also within walking distance to the Mascot train station for convenient travel to the city and other parts of Sydney. The staff at Branksome are very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved the food at the restaurant, Nate’s, which served both Western and Asian cuisines. The rooftop terrace, Plane Spotter, provides an excellent view of the sunset and watching the planes fly by. We enjoyed having a relaxing drink and live music which is available on Fridays. Overall it’s been a splendid experience and we will definitely return and recommend choosing to stay in Branksome when you’re in Sydney!

Check-in date Nov 29, one night. I usually never send reviews, however, this stay was so awkward. Long stroy short. I had to work and the hotel had wi-fi down for hours (I was staying awake 2pm to 7pm-ish, no wi-fi). Had to buy a pack on sim card to work. However, the main issue was a reception staff. The girl was so unfriendly during check-in, when I asked about the issue with wi-fi in person, it all started. First in person - told me will send a technician to fix and never done. Second - in person - lying everything started working 5 mins ago (didn't) Third - a call - "internet down in the whole hotel", in sooo unfriendly way. Every single time she was arrogant. Ruined stay.
