HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN MY WEDDING PACKAGE? HOW EARLY CAN WE ARRIVE, AND HOW LATE CAN WE STAY?

Your reception package is for 6.5 hours which includes a 1 hour complimentary ceremony feature. We have extensions available for a fee, with conclusions as late as midnight!

WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR DIFFERENT DAYS OF THE WEEK?

Our per head package prices remain the same no matter the day of week or the time of year! We have no venue hire fee and no ceremony fee! It is worthwhile mentioning we do have a minimum spend requirement depending on your day & month of your wedding.

DO YOU HAVE ONSITE ACCOMODATION?

Yes, we have the Fergusson homestead which sleeps up to 6 guests. The rooms can be closed off to accommodate 3 individual rooms or opened up to act as one whole house.

DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes. We can cater for individual dietary requirements or we can tailor a menu to suit your preferences.

IS THERE A PRIVATE SPACE IF WE NEED SOME ALONE TIME OR WANT TO STORE PERSONAL ITEMS?

Our couples retreat is available for use on your Wedding day from 10.30am onwards and comes with cosy lounges, lots of natural light, bathroom and kitchenette, full length mirrors and plenty of space for all the extra bits and pieces.

DO YOU HAVE WET WEATHER CEREMONY OPTION?

Yes we actually have two, our Forever Chapel can sit a maximum of 80 guests (seated only) The Barrel Room has a capacity of 150 combined seated & standing space

WHAT TIME CAN OUR VENDORS ACCESS THE VENUE ON THE DAY?

Most vendors won’t need more than the 2 hours allowed prior to the event starting, however we are more than happy to receive deliveries for your event the day or two prior. Load more FAQs
